At Madhuvan Pashu Aahar, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our cattle feed products. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is mandatory.
- Perishable items like animal feed once opened are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used feed bags
- Gift cards
- Digital content or e-products
- Health or safety-related supplements
Refunds
Once your returned item is inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t arrived:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are damaged during delivery or defective. Please email us at Info@madhuvanpashuaahar.com to initiate an exchange.
Gifts
If you received Madhuvan Pashu Aahar as a gift:
- We’ll issue a gift credit once your return is received.
- If purchased by someone else, the refund will go to the original buyer.
